ST-C6HD-HDBT: Power LED does not illuminate.

Issue: Power LED does not illuminate.

Cause: Power supply is not connected or plugged-in.

Solution: Ensure outlet is live and AC adapter is plugged-in. Ensure 24V DC jack is fully connected.
