E-MINI: Sensor readings are not being updated / Sensors are not listed in the Summary Table or the Left Side Menu

Issue: Sensor readings are not being updated / Sensors are not listed in the Summary Table or the Left Side Menu Cause:

Browser is incorrectly going to the cache for updates. (Observed in all versions of Netscape and Firefox browsers) OR
Configuration for sensor updates is not set properly

Solution:

Type about:config in the URL field of your browser and press ?Go? or the ?Enter? key. This will show a configuration page.
On the configuration page, set the following variables: browser.cache.disk.enableand browser.cache.memory.enable to false.
Clear the browser cache and reload the page OR
Configure sensor update rate under Administration | General in the 'Update sensor status pages every' box.
