E-MINI: Cannot connect to the ENVIROMUX-MINI over the Ethernet

Issue: Cannot connect to the E-MINI over the Ethernet Cause:

Ethernet cable not connected OR
Network settings are not correct OR
User attempting to log in not listed by administrator

Solution:

Check cable connections OR
Configure network settings under Administration | Network OR
Have administrator create the user
