RACKMUX-US17: RACKMUX-US17 defaults to 1152x870 screen resolution after reboot when used with a Sun Fire V240 server with XVR-100 graphics card

Issue:
RACKMUX-US17 defaults to 1152x870 screen resolution (instead of its maximum 1280x1024 resolution) after reboot when used with a Sun Fire V240 server with XVR-100 graphics card

Cause:
The Sun Fire V240 server automatically performs the DDC test to detect the monitor?s default resolution, in this case 1152x870, and starts the graphics session with that resolution.

Solution:
Change the default resolution to 1280x1024 by following the steps below:
