E-16D: The sensor graphs do not appear in the web interface after installing the sensors.

Ensure that you have Java Runtime Environment version 1.5 or newer installed on your computer and are using a compatible browser.

Java Runtime Environment can be downloaded from:

http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
Download and install Java Runtime Environment.
Clear the browser's Java Cache.

Compatible browsers:

Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.0 or newer.
Netscape version 7.1 or newer.
Mozilla Firefox version 1.5 or newer.
Opera version 9.0 or newer.
