Cause: Wrong cable adapter used.

Solution: Verify that adapter used is one of the following:

• DB-25 Male to RJ45 Pin Assignments.

• DB-9 Female to RJ45 Pin Assignments.

• DB-25 Female to RJ45 Pin Assignments.

• DB-25 Male Modem to RJ45 Pin Assignments.

OR

Cause: Connections are loose.

Solution: Verify that all cable connections are secure.
