RACKMUX-V17-MP: Keys pressed on the keyboard do not yield the expected result

Issue: Keys pressed on the keyboard do not yield the expected result.

Cause: "Fn" function is locked ON.

Solution: Check to see if the Fn LED is illuminated. If so, quickly press the "Fn" key twice to unlock the function.

OR

Cause: Alternate language is selected on the Host Computer.

Solution: Select native language on the Host Computer.
