Issue:
The mouse malfunctions (skips to the left corner and simulates a click and hold) when a MAC computer attached to a UNIMUX Matrix KVM Switch has its operating system upgraded from a MAC OS X10.3 (Panther) to a MAC OS X 10.4 (Tiger)

Solution:
Turn on the MAC mode on the UNIMUX Matrix KVM Switch. To do so, follow the steps below:

Press Ctrl+ ~(tilde) to access the On Screen Display.

Press Ctrl+M to enter the ?maintenance mode?

Type the letter ?A? to activate security and select ?Y? for yes.

Login as an administrator. (Both the username and password must be uppercase. Capslock does not work. Hold down the shift key.)

Press the escape key to enter the command mode and then press Ctrl+T to access settings.

Press M to configure MAC ports. You can configure all or specific ports for MAC mode.

To exit:

Press the escape key twice followed by Ctrl+M.

Enter the Admin mode by typing the letter ?A? and then disable security by typing the letter ?S?.

Press the escape key twice to exit the On Screen Display.
