Issue:
4-port and above UNIMUX-USBV-x, UNIMUX-USBV-xHD KVM Switches, and UNIMUX-nXm-U, UNIMUX-nXm-UHD KVM Matrix Switches: The user port seems to be locked up, mouse no longer moves even when user is switched to another CPU port.

Cause:
Broadcast mode may have been inadvertently turned on.

Solution:
Turn off Broadcast mode for the user port.

  • Press <Ctrl> + <~> (tilde) to access the On Screen Display.
  • Check the bottom of the Command Mode screen to see if Broadcast is set to Y or N
  • If Broadcast is set to Y, press <Ctrl> + <B> to turn Broadcast off.
  • Press the escape key to exit the On Screen Display.

Other user ports should be checked for the same issue.
