Issue: Email alerts are being sent when sensors are in normal status. Cause: "Simulate Alert" box still checked after testing email alerts. Solution:
  • In the Web Interface, click "Monitoring", and click the sensor page causing the alerts.
  • Click the "Configure" button.
  • At the bottom of the configuration page, check if "Simulate Alert" is selected.
  • If selected, press the Clear button.
  • Click Apply.
