Issue: E-mail message body missing from e-mail alerts Cause: E-mail or spam filter configurations on e-mail server Solution:

Create e-mail account for E-MINI
Assign e-mail address from account created in the previous step to E-MINI on the Administration | E-mail configuration page
Verify that spam filter settings are configured properly on e-mail server
Verify any automated signature/disclaimer generation settings on e-mail server
Verify any MIME conversion settings on mail server (E-MINI alerts are sent as plain text 7-bit ASCII)
