E-MINI-LXO: Unable to connect via web interface / no login screen

Issue: Unable to connect via web interface / no login screen.

Cause:

  • Wrong IP address.

OR

  • HTTP not enabled.

OR

  • HTTP moved from default (port 80).

      OR

  • IP conflict (2 units on the same IP address)

Solution:

  • Use NTI Device Discovery Tool to locate configured IP address.

    • Browse the installation manual CD and click on the file discover.html. This will open your browser and display the Device Discovery Tool page.

    • Accept the Certificate to allow the loaded applet access to your network.

    • Press the button “Detect NTI Devices” to start the discovery process.

    • After a short time, the tool will display all NTI devices on your network, along with their network settings.

    • Locate the IP address of the ENVIROMUX and type it into the address bar of the web browser to access the web interface.

OR

  • Enable HTTP.

    • Type in the ENVIROMUX IP address into the address bar. It should automatically redirect to an HTTPS (secure) connection.

    • Accept the NTI certificate if it pops up.

    • Select “Network Configuration” and access “Server Settings.”

    • Put a checkmark in the box “Enable HTTP Access.”

OR

  • Identify port number assigned.

    • Access the ENVIROMUX through a terminal program.

    • Under the “Network Configuration” menu, select the “Miscellaneous Service Settings.”

    • The port number assigned is under “HTTP Port.”

    • After identifying the correct port number, login to the web interface and select “Network Configuration.”

    • Under “Server Settings,” input the correct port number.

    • The web interface should work now.

      OR

  • Change IP address to resolve conflict.

    • Log into unit via USB console.

    • Under “Network Settings,” change the IP address.
