SERIMUX-S-x: Cannot access shell from a port.

Issue: Cannot access shell from a port.

Cause: Port is configured as host port.

Solution: Configure port as user port with the following steps:

• Under the Main Menu, select “Port Management” and then “Port Configuration”.

• Select the port that needs to be configured, then select “Port Settings”.

• Under “Port Type”, define the port as a user port and save and apply the changes.
