SERIMUX-CS-x: Cannot access user menu on a port.

Issue: Cannot access user menu on a port.

Cause: Port is configured as host port.

Solution: Configure user port with the following steps:

  • Select “Port Configuration” and then “Port Settings.”

  • Choose the desired port for configuration. Note: port must be disconnected in order to change settings.

  • Under “Port Type” select “User” (default is Host) and apply changes made.
