E-2D: LDAP user cannot login

Issue: LDAP user cannot login.

Cause: Login username and/or password does not match in ENVIROMUX user list.

Solution: Make sure the username and password in the LDAP server matches the ENVIROMUX user configuration.

  • Check security configuration by selecting “Security” in the “Administration” section of the web interface menu.

  • If security is configured to use LDAP mode (not Local), ensure the following:

  • The usernames on the LDAP server must match those in the user settings of the ENVIROMUX.

  • The passwords for users must be those found on a configured LDAP server.
