E-2D: Cannot login

Issue: Cannot login.

Cause: Cannot remember password.

Solution:

• Login as Administrator or “root” user to reset password.

Cause: Cannot remember “root” password.

OR

Solution:

• Restore system default settings (WARNING: will erase ALL user configuration settings, including IP address and login information).

• Using a pen or other small pointed object, press and hold the “Restore Defaults” button on the front of the E-2D for 5 seconds, then wait for the ENVIROMUX to reboot.

OR

• Via the web interface, go to Administration > System > Configuration Backup & Restore. Select the “Restore Defaults” button and wait for the ENVIROMUX to reboot.
