Issue: Unable to view Sensor data after updating firmware from an earlier version. A java error is produced similar to the following: java.lang.NullPointerException at meter26.init(meter26.java:180) at sun.plugin2.applet.Plugin2Manager$AppletExecutionRunnable.run(Unknown Source) at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source) Exception : java.lang.NullPointerException Solution: Newer versions of the firmware have added additional sensors which can change the way that Java Applets are displayed. To fix the issue the Java cache on the local machine needs to be deleted. Steps: 1. Open the Java Control Panel on the local machine. 2. Select Settings from the General Tab. 3. Select the option to Delete Files. 4. Close all Java Control Panel windows.
