E-5D: Unit will not boot-up; access via Ethernet not possible

Issue: Unit will not boot-up; access via Ethernet not possible.

Cause: Firmware has been corrupted.

Solution:

Connect unit to RS232 port and monitor the boot process.
If unit does not boot (i.e. nothing is displayed on the port), contact NTI for FTP recovery software and procedure.
