Issue: Sensor summary page fails to list sensors Cause:
  • Browser is incorrectly going to the cache for updates.
  • Observed in both Netscape and Firefox browsers (all versions)
Solution:
  • Clear the browser cache and reload the page OR
  • Disable caching within the browser OR
  • Use Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher for web configuration
