Issue: Cannot connect to the E-MINI over the Ethernet Cause:
  • Ethernet cable not connected OR
  • Network settings are not correct OR
  • User attempting to log in not listed by administrator
Solution:
  • Check cable connections OR
  • Configure network settings under Administration | Network OR
  • Have administrator create the user
