Language: English

Issue: Unable to SNMP poll the E-MINI via SNMP and get the current temperature Solution: If using a browser, the MIB file has to be added to the MIB database. If using a command line, a GET command will return the sensor value in tenths of degrees The ID of the temperature sensor is:
  • {private nti products hardware E-MINI monitoring temperatureSensor1 temperatureSensor1CurrentValue} OR
  • {1.3.6.1.4.1.3699.1.1.3.1.1.1}
For a second temperature sensor, the ID is:
  • {private nti products hardware E-MINI monitoring temperatureSensor1 temperatureSensor2CurrentValue} OR
  • {1.3.6.1.4.1.3699.1.1.3.1.2.1}
NOTE: When using the "snmpget" command, a terminating .0 will need to be added at the end of the OID string. Example: snmpget -c public -v 1 {E-MINI IP ADDRESS} 1.3.6.4.1.3699.1.1.3.1.1.1.0
