E-16D: Siren not making noise

Issue: Siren not making noise.

Cause: Wires are not connected properly

Solution: Check wire connections.

OR

Cause: Siren in use is improperly rated.

Solution: Make sure Siren is rated at 12VDC, 180mA or less.

OR

Cause: Sensor is not configured to power ON siren.

Solution: Check sensor configuration. Ensure Siren is selected under “Alert Notifications.”
