E-16D: Sensors connected to RJ45 sensor ports stop working

Issue: Sensors connected to RJ45 sensor ports stop working.

Cause: Sensors applied collectively exceed current rating of row (row 1 = ports 1-8; row 2 = ports 9-16). Fuse protecting ports has opened.

Solution: Disconnect sensors. Power cycle the unit. Reconnect the sensors, ensuring that the load of all 8 sensors per row does not exceed 500mA (i.e. only one keypad per row). Alternatively, avoid powering down the unit by waiting 10 minutes after disconnecting the sensor to reset the internal fuse.
