ST-2C5KVM-600: Local power LED does not illuminate when the CPU is powered.

Issue: Local power LED does not illuminate when the CPU is powered.

Cause: The pigtail's keyboard connector is not properly plugged in to the PC.

Solution: Check keyboard connection.
