Issue:
The video occasionally fails on random user ports

Cause:
The video signal is lost, resulting in the monitor screen going black. The signal will be lost on both user ports at the same time. By turning the unit off and on, it may randomly fix the problem.

Solution:
For UNIMUX-2X8-U (with serial number 288 and lower) and UNIMUX-4X8-U (with serial number 251 and lower), the unit needs a hardware upgrade. The hardware needs to be upgraded at an NTI service location.
